DTSD2031 multi function smart meter is belong to my company new products. It can calculate the  multi rate meter energy and without energy. This product adopts modular design, many functions can be freely combined to adapt to the wide range of users to meet the different needs of the watt-hour meter. This smart meter is designing according to GB/T17215.323-2008 and GB/T17215.322-2008, the communication agreement is according to DL/T645-2007

Main function:

1).Recording function: it can record energy meter or without energy meter power and it has separated pulse output port.

2).Multi rate function:

(a).4 tariff, 10 time interval;

(b).hundreds of calendary (1996-2095) change over automatically.

(c).Record and store total power for energy meter and without energy meter in all kinds of rate.

3).Stastics function

(a). record max energy and time happening

(b).requirement stastics adopt slippage method.

(c).Max requirement store by month

(d).It will be warning and trip release function as soon as electricity over load

4).Voltage loss record function:

(a).it has 9 voltage loss record and power off record.

(b).record working meter phase energy and without energy power

5).Meter reading and programming:

(a).all meter has RS485 communication port

(b).meter reading and programming by RS485 or infrared port and hand computer, etc.

6).Starting (null) meter reading:

(a).meter reading time can be 1~28 every month. the meter can store last month data within 24 hours.

(b).the meter can store and display 3 month data.

7).Meter reading in power off: the meter inside has battery. When it is power off, the meter can finish meter reading by battery.
